Year-End Statements and Tax Forms

You may order duplicate copies from an Artisan Funds Customer Service Representative or you may order them through Artisan Account Access.

Artisan Funds Customer Service Representatives are available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Follow these two steps to reach a representative:

We suggest you keep each quarterly and year-end account statement with your other important financial papers. You may need them for tax purposes.

Copies of the current year and prior year's statements are free. Statements for years earlier than the prior year are available for a minimal processing fee for each account and prior year requested. This fee can be deducted directly from your Artisan account.

If your account is closed, you will need to send a check in the required amount prior to ordering each statement. Call the telephone number above for instructions.
